At the top of the sales funnel, prospects are just beginning their journey with you. They’ll still be learning about your company, your brand and your culture so this is not a time to push your products in their face! Instead, help your viewers with their problems and show them that you are the solution.

You should consider using video to guide users through your website, as well as using video to personalise, and add a human touch to your company. You can also encourage the viewer to take a next step with a strong call to action.

Here are some things you may want to keep in mind when using video to attract leads:

– Show your viewers you are the solution to their problem
– Guide viewers to your website and direct them to landing pages
– Authoritative videos at this stage will help portray your business as the ‘go-to’ business
– An effective video at this stage must include a strong call to action
